All orders are shipped via US Postal Service (USPS)
The shipping options available to you are determined by the weight and size of your order’s package along with your shipping address.
The Checkout page will only display the shipping methods available for your order. If you change your address or the contents of your shopping cart so that your order no longer qualifies for your shipping choice, the site will ask you to edit your order before you proceed to Checkout. Shipping costs are indicated on the order confirmation screen before you complete your order.
Please note that our shipping rates are subject to change at any time.
We do our best to determine the best shipping method and will provide a tracking number for each order. If we can ship using a method that is cheaper than your shipping calculation we will notify you via email and refund the difference.
Orders placed outside the contiguous United States may take longer due to sorting facilities.
Please note some orders may require a signature confirmation upon order checkout. You will be given the option to add a signature confirmation to your order, however, If you choose to decline to add a signature confirmation on your package, this will mean you are accepting all responsibility for any disputes with the carrier or eckoYak.
Order Processing Deadlines
Orders placed before 12 PM Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday (except weekends & holidays) will begin to process the same day. Orders received after the cutoff times will begin to process the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, we cannot change the contents, shipping method or delivery address of your order.
For overnight shipping, orders received after 12 PM EST will be shipped out the next business day.
Shipping Confirmation Emails
Our systems will send you an automated shipment confirmation email when we finish processing your order.
We do not ship on weekends or on postal holidays. Therefore, if you place an order after our order processing deadline, you may experience a delay between your shipping confirmation e-mail and the actual shipment of your order. The timeframe for the shipment method you selected will begin the following normal business day once your order is processed.
We occasionally offer special promotions for free or discounted shipping. These promotions have strict eligibility requirements and will be indicated on the order confirmation screen if you qualify for free shipping. You will be able to choose a different shipping option on the checkout page. Free shipping only applies to standard shipping and will not apply to overnight, express or international shipping methods.
All orders are shipping via US Postal Service (USPS). We cannot request or guarantee delivery on a specific day or on weekends. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, please check that option in the address form to make sure that your order is delivered correctly.
Orders with 2-Day and Overnight shipping are usually delivered by 8PM on the estimated date of delivery. However, we don't guarantee delivery by a specific time of day.

First Class International Shipping: Delivery varies by destination
Priority Mail International Delivery in 6 to 10 days
Priority Mail Express International: Delivery 3 – 5 days

We DO ship to US Territories, Military APO/FPO/DPO or international addresses. If you are living outside of the US and interested in purchasing, please contact us.
Shipment shows "Delivered" however, you never received it.
What we have been telling our customers in this situation with much SUCCESS to take the following steps:
Print out your USPS tracking details from the www.usps.com using your tracking number
Take to either your local post office or provide to your mail courier and they will be able to locate exactly where your package was delivered because USPS long with Fedex and UPS always have GPS information of exact delivered location. It's a great thing.
