Returns

RETURNS

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return for brand new items, your item must be unused, sealed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original retail packaging and the seal must not be broken.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. If the item was sealed when you received it and the seal is broken it not returnable. Items and products that are not in original packaging cannot be returned. Any items that have been used or tested in any way cannot be returned.

When you receive your order, please check to make sure these items are in good condition, and let us know right away if there is a problem with your shipment.

We provide a prepaid shipping label for most returns (see below for details). However, original shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is a result of our error (for example, if we sent the wrong item or the order was damaged in transit).

Any items that we incorrectly shipped to you can be returned within 14 days as long as the products have not been opened, used, tested and in original packaging with a SEAL and receipt.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

 

Refunds (if applicable):

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order. We can only accept returns on products sold with a SEAL. We cannot accept used, tested products. Please note products sold unsealed are Final Sale.

 

If requesting a refund on a product sold unsealed due to our error of shipping you the wrong product, we will accept a refund as long as it is in the same condition that you received it and that any items have not been used or tested in any way.

 

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.  Shipping is non-refundable unless we made an error and sent you the wrong item/product and the product you received is different than what is listed on your receipt. Please bear in mind that it may take several days for the transaction to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution. We will send you an email with a pre-paid shipping label for your return.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customercare@eckoyak.com .

 

Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.  Shipping is non refundable.

 

Special Offers & Promotions:

If you choose to return part of an order, you may no longer qualify for all special offers associated with your purchase. For example, if you received a free gift with purchase you may be required to return the gift in order to receive full credit for your return.

 

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us or send us an email at customercare@eckoyak.com and we will provide you with information for your exchange prior to sending your item to: Eckoyak , Attn: Exchange, PO Box 4115 Boynton Beach Florida US 33424. You must wait to hear from eckoYak before you mail your product(s) back to eckoYak.

 

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
