FAQs

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE MY ORDER?

No, it's not a requirement when placing an order on eckoyak.com. When you are ready to place your order, simply process your order as a "Guest". All customers can enjoy Free Standard Shipping on purchases that are $25 or more, shipping to the 48 contiguous United States.


HOW DO I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
You may cancel / make changes to your order as long as the has not been fulfilled and shipped. You will receive an email once your email has been fulfilled and/or shipped.

If you created an eckoyak account when you placed order, you will be able to check the order status by logging into My Account.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact customer care during Business Hours, Monday through Friday, 9am - 6 pm EST.

 

I JUST PLACED MY ORDER AND I DIDN'T RECEIVE AN EMAIL ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you have successfully completed the check out process and your order has successfully been placed, an e-mail order confirmation will be sent to the email provided by you upon completely your order. All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours during normal business days. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation within this time period, please contact us with your order number and we will promptly respond to your request.



CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, you can. All orders will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has been shipped. The email will contain order details and a USPS tracking number.

 

I HAVE PROMOTION CODE, WHERE TO USE?

Please enter the promotion code in the cart when checking out. We can only accept one promotional code per order.

 

YOU SHIPPED ME THE WRONG ITEM. WHAT DO I DO NOW?

We strive to do our best to make sure your order has no issues, however in the event, if we made a mistake on your order, please contact us. We will ship the correct item to you at no shipping charge, and we will also provide a return pre-paid label for the other item to be shipped back to us.

 

MY ORDER SHOWS DELIVERED BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT, WHAT NOW?

We tell our customers in this situation with much SUCCESS is to take the following steps:

STEP 1
Print out your USPS tracking details using your tracking number at www.usps.com

STEP 2
Take to either your local post office or provide to your mail courier and they will be able to locate exactly where your package was delivered because USPS long with Fedex and UPS always have GPS information of exact delivered location. It's a great thing.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD

It happens, all you have to do is click  “forgot password” on the screen once you click "login" at the top of the page where you created your account.

Once you have reset your password you will be able to login.

 

WHAT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER FOR MAKING PAYMENTS?

We accept Amazon payments, Paypal and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover on our site directly as well.



DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

We will only collect sales tax on orders "shipped" to Florida address, which is required by law.

 

WHAT ARE TESTERS OR UNBOXED ITEMS?

We refer to Testers for products that come in the original manufactured packaging and labeled Demonstration, Not for individual Sale. Testers are intended for promotional display and therefore, may lack the fancy outer box packaging. Testers are a great way for you to enjoy your favorite scent without compromising the quality. Unboxed means unpacking of new products where the boxes in most cases were damaged in transit and cannot be sold in stores or the items may have come from a Set. This is how we are able to offer to them to you and the integrity of the product is not affected.

 

WHAT ARE “NOT FOR RESALE” ITEMS?

Major department stores often offer samples as gift with purchase or freebies. We acquire these by purchasing from our vendors due to highly sought-after by customers. These items usually come without a box and never used or tested.

CAN I TRUST YOUR PRODUCTS ARE NOT FAKE?
First of all Eckoyak ONLY sells 100% genuine and authentic products. We only deal with highly reliable and trusted vendors which purchase from the direct manufacturer(s) or distributor(s). We absolutely inspect each and every product for quality and have a strict policy against counterfeit goods and we stand 100% behind the products we sell. Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If you are not happy with the item you've purchased due to these concerns, please contact our Customer Care team for an immediate remedy at contact us.


I WOULD LIKE TO RE-ORDER AN ITEM THAT IS OUT OF STOCK?

 DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened/used/tested or sold unsealed, however if you've decided to return the unopened, not used item, once we have received and inspected the returned, the original cost of the product less the original shipping cost will be refunded. All refunds must be approved before hand. All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
