EckoYak has been fantastic. I ordered the Chanel eyebrow pencil in the wrong blond color. I realized it immediately, and they were contacted to change it. They had already sent it out!!! That fast! They told me to "return to sender", and they were "holding" the other color for me!!!!
They didn't tell me but surprised me by sending me the correct color BEFORE they received the original one back!!!! I could not believe such service!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EckoYak is fabulous!
